How do I become a member of First Baptist Lake Park?

After you have attended a few services, you will probably begin to feel at home here. We want you to have a growing sense of “this is my church”. Our hope is that worshippers here will commit themselves to membership. With that goal in mind, we invite you into a process of discovery we call New Members Class. NMC is a three-week series of hour-long classes designed to explore and answer all the questions relating to being a member of First Baptist Lake Park. Each class will answer a very important question.

Week One “Belong” – What does it mean to belong to the church and what does it mean to belong to this church?

Week Two “Connect” – How can I develop meaningful relationships with other believers?

Week Three “Contribute” – Is there a place I can invest myself to make a significant contribution in this ministry?

Our New Members Classes are scheduled for the first three weeks of the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December. Class begins at 9:15 am in room 210. Check the worship bulletin for any schedule changes.
